Lexi Burroughs, Bryce Branscum, and Brylen Miller attended the FBLA State Conference/Competition the last two days in Little Rock. The have participated in break out sessions with business professionals in various fields throughout Arkansas. They have learned all things Marketing, Business, Finance, Credit, etc. I have been so impressed with their enthusiasm to learn and watching them push themselves out of their comfort zone.
On top of that, Bryce Branscum competed in Impromptu Speaking. He first entered a preliminary round where he qualified to compete in the top 10. His second speech earned him 4th place in the state!! He has qualified to continue on to the National Competition!
I am proud of all my kids that worked hard and competed to make it this far. This is my first year as an advisor/teacher and I am privileged to see their hard work pay off.
