State and Federal guidelines require that all Special Education Due Process forms and records be destroyed six years after a student leaves the Special Services program. The public has the right to review and pick up his/her Due Process records. The records will be available at 509 N. Jackson St, Administration Office until July 15, 2025. Records not picked up will be destroyed. The records are not permanent school records; the records are ONLY Special Education Due Process forms and records These records are for students who graduated or were dismissed from Special Services for the school year 2018-19 or before.
