The McCrory School District is thankful for our wonderful students, faculty, staff, parents, community members, and local businesses who continue to make McCrory great! We couldn't do it without every one of you. Happy Thanksgiving!
Reminder: McCrory School District is closed all this week. School will resume Monday, 12/2/24. We hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving.

Our food drive at MES is still going on! THANK YOU for everything that has been donated so far! For donations to count towards the popcorn party, they must be turned in by this Thursday, 11/21. Donations are still welcomed after this date to assist with Christmas break!

Seniors need to report to the high school library at 8:00 Wednesday, November 13 for the ACT Workkeys test. Computers must be charged and chargers brought.

Teamwork is MES' word of the month. Let's team up and work together to support students and families in our community over the upcoming holidays. During the month of November, we are having a food drive and requesting certain items, but any donation is very welcomed!
Every item brought to the Elementary and donated counts as a point for your student's classroom. The classroom out of each grade with the most items donated will win a popcorn party!
Public Notice: The regularly scheduled board meeting for November has been changed to November 11, 2024. The meeting will be held in the administration building at 509 N Jackson St. Starting at 6p.
Don't forget! MES dress up days start next week!
Next week kicks off RED week (Really Excellent Decisions) at MES! In addition to our dress up days, and daily student challenges at school, we would like to also challenge families! We invite you and your family to participate in some family challenges that will model for your children some ways you can engage in healthy activities. We hope that you participate and share your progress by uploading pictures and tagging the school!
Basketball season is right around the corner. Mark your calendars and come out to cheer on the Jags!!
