MES Field Day was a huge success! Students enjoyed a fun-filled day outside. MES would like to thank the McCrory Fire Department, Greenway, Mad Butcher, Subway, Amanda's Serving Spoon, T & S Farms, MHS EAST, and MES PTO. These businesses and individuals helped make this day possible.

Due to field day preparations, please stay off of the elementary playground Monday evening.
We are only 9 days away from summer! Parents, please look at the upcoming events for the remainder of the school year. This week, school will start and end at normal times. Next week school will dismiss at 1p Tues, Wed, Thrus. and at 11a on Friday. High School will not participate in late start wednesday. MHS will start school at 8a all week. MES will start school at 7:55 all week.

We are actively watching tomorrow’s forecast and preparing both the football field and the gymnasium for graduation. We will let everyone know tomorrow afternoon where graduation will take place.

Reminder: Any student currently in 6-11 grades that wants to participate in a school sport next school year must have an updated sports physical. ARcare will be onsite May 21, 2024 to perform the physicals. If you have a child that needs the physical please fill out the online form no later than this Tuesday, 5/14/24.

MES sent the MHS Baseball off this morning! Good luck Jags in the next round of the state tournament! We are proud of you!

MES Field Day will be Tuesday, May 21. This will be a jam packed day of fun for the students. Please send sunscreen, a dry change of clothes, and a towel with your child. If you wish to volunteer, please contact the MES PTO to sign up.
