Parents, starting with the Class of 2027 (upcoming juniors) the state of Arkansas requires students to obtain a total of 75 community service hours between the 9th through 12th grades.
If you or your student is curious how many hours they have already completed, your child may find their hours on their student success plan. (link found in their clever portal)
Community, we are asking you to notify us of any opportunities that you may have to help our student obtain their hours. You are welcome to notify us here: https://www.mccroryschools.org/forms/community-service-opportunities. We will be happy to share via school email with our students.
All service hours must be documented and signed by a representative that was over the volunteers. There is a form that you may use found on the district website, under student resources.
Please help us share this new requirement! If you have any questions please email Lesley Norton at lesley.norton@mccroryschools.org
