The safety of our students and staff is always a top priority. We want to remind everyone that if Woodruff County goes under a tornado warning, the district policy is:
> All students and faculty will be sent to the shelter until the threat is over.
> No child may leave or be checked out while students are in the shelters.
>Should a threat happen at dismissal time, students will be held in the shelter until the threat is over.
> The shelters will not be open to the public during school hours. Should a threat happen after school, the shelters will be opened for everyone. (reminder, no pets allowed in the buildings)

Forms for Pastries with Parents will be going home today! When completing the form, please make sure to only include adults that will be eating so we can get an accurate count of how much food to order.

If your child is currently in Grades 2 - 5 and would like to participate in the Pee-Wee Cheer program this fall, you must attend the parent meeting Tomorrow, 4/1/25, in the Elementary Gym. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Rudick at kristin.rudick@mccroryschools.org

The district's power has been restored and all phones are back up.

The McCrory School District is without electricity at this time.
All students are safe. The district will still dismiss at normal times.
The phone lines have been forwarded to cell phones, so please be patient if you are having a hard time getting hold of the school.

We are looking for sponsors that would be interested in an advertisement in this year's book. Please comment or contact Britney Hart at britney.hart@mccroryschools.org if you would like to purchase!
